In around May or June 2012 I have renewed my contract Cell:0723665551 with Chatz Horizon Village, Roodepoort Johannesburg the contract was for Iphone S4 the reason I signed the contract they said to me I pay R509 I get R315 air time and 250MB for two years contract, suddenly I noticed since February I stopped getting any Data bundle the 250MB.
I called Vodacom on the 1st June 2013 to find out about my Data the lady told me the Data on contract it was a promotion only for 6 month after that I must buy Data. If I know that I will never sign the contract at all. Chatz Horizon stop lying stop misleading us!
My problem now with Chatz Horizon and Vodacom that you are misleading your clients. My word to you both Chatz head office & Vodacom you are pathetic business traders & you are already losing lots of clients because of you our money and misleading us big time.
I will never ever sign any contract again with you. You are the biggest bulshi.ter on earth.
I will never wish any of you a good Luck because you never wish for us to enjoy our contract.
