Reactivation Frustration - PART 2

Despite my previous complaint, my problem has only been partly resolved. The open contract was reactivated, however the top-up contract is still not active.

The reference number received from previous complaint is: PC-ZH1F-31Z7WG

According to Shameegh, the problem is on one of the back-end systems. Shameegh told me last week Friday that the problem would be resolved by Monday 26 August 2013, and that he has reported it to the IT and Accounts department.

It was also confirmed by Vodacom that the top-up contract was activated on the wrong sim number... I still fail to understand how this is possible. According to Shameegh the contract was changed to the correct sim number, and shows as active on one system, but the problem is on another system. He mentioned something about twin-call.

However, nothing has been done and now Shameegh is not responding to my e-mails. In the meantime, I was billed for a contract that I cannot use because of pure incompetence from Vodacom.

I want the top-up contract activated before close of business today, on the correct sim number and to be able to use the top-up contract without issues! I don't think this is too much to ask. Contact the 079 number.
