I took out an additional contract. Received my phone, but there was a crack on the screen. I reported it to Virgin Mobile, they sent the courier to collect it. I than received a call from them advising me that they have received the faulty handset & will replace the handset. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my new handset or feedback. I call everyday to query, just get put on hold and no come back. I'm beyond annoyed. This is absolutely pathetic service. I'm sure at the end of the month, my bank account will be debited, even though I have not even received my handset.
