Cancellation of contract

PLEASE HELP!!!

On the10th of July 2013 we had a conversation on Facebook.

VIRGIN MOBILE SA: Please take into consideration that your package will remain as per normal and will not change to the deal as discussed previously. You will still receive R100 airtime and sms's with us as per previous contract agreement with us.

ME: As I understand it, it will be the same terms and conditions as before the phone call on the 5th of July 2013. I just carry on as always.

VIRGIN: That's correct.

In the end you broke your promise and put me on a new contract deducting R199 for August and R198 for September. Only with R50 airtime etc. with no handset as agreed.

I am so disappointed in your service. From March-April 2013 I am trying to cancel this contract with no results.

AGAIN I ASKED IN SEPTEMBER TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT VIA E-MAIL. YOU SAID IT IS POSSIBLE BUT IN ORDER TO DO SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE HANDSET, BUT REMEMBER I AGREED NOT TO RECEIVE ANY HANDSET FROM YOU. SO HOW CAN YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AT ALL.
