I applied for a contract and it was approved. 1st problem I waited 17 working days for a handset. 2nd problem I had to keep on phoning in to find out what's going on with my contract and handset, waistin over R300 airtime witch I did not have. Then I was contacted and the lady help me and made me half way a happy customer. Now I've got my new handset, my sim card was rica'd and 3 days later and still not connected to the network. This is by far the worst service I have ever received! I wanted to change my point of view but can't cause the service!
