Poor service delivery and contracts

My husband applied for a virgin mobile contract and received the contract but was told to wait 7 to 10 working days for his handset. After 10 working days they told him that there was a hi jacking and would receive his handset 10 working days later. After logging a complaint virgin mobile contacted him promising him that by day 15 he would have his handset. He gave them my details to contact me as I'm also looking for a contract with them but have not received any calls from them. My husband have send them 7 emails and phoned out more than R300 airtime in a week to find out about his handset but still no service or delivery! CCD couriers just say they don't deliver on fridays, but advertise they do. So what bad kind of service is this? People don't consider this service provider as they do not deliver on their promises but when time comes for them to get their money they won't hessitate to take the money or susspend ur service!
