I feel abused by MTN

In point form 1) took an upgrade 2) they gave me new phone and said it will be activated in 24 hours. 3) that did not happen and I was away on leave 4) returned it to them and they said it was there fault and re did the 24 hours activation 5) phone switched on but screen was faulty 5) took it in and they would not honour the 7 day swop policy even though it was on for 24 hours only as they work from invoice date not switch on date 6) they sent it off to get replaced under warentee 7) warentee called me as they do not have the phone only the paperwork...
I have now been 6 times to there branch... waited in 6 cues, on 6 different days... I have a new contract, no phone, I am paying for it... frankly I have been robbed, I want to lay a charge of, unfortunately they are protected by the 5000000 page contract... so the mafia have all they want from me... I have nothing but my sorry case... you know what... it's just not right... I am not prepared to go there again... so you can have my phone you dishonest, immoral.
