Stuck with a faulty phone due to!!!

8 Jan - did my upgrade telephonically. Mentioned that I am out office a lot and they need to phone before delivery
9 Jan - they delivered my phone without notification. I am in Centurion at the Germany Embassy
10 Jan - I received my phone and that evening I leave it on charge
11 Jan - phone doesn't switch on
12 Jan - I visit Mall of the North's 4U and they confirmed the phone is faulty
13 Jan - I return the phone, complete the OBF. They said it will be handled with priority as I am flying to Berlin soon
16-21 Jan - I follow up continously with the same response "Being processed"
22 Jan - I follow up again, but this time I am informed that the phone was returned due to paperwork not being correct. He keeps telling me he is busy and will phone me back. Nothing! I go into the store. The branch manager is not in so I sit with Hilton to try and find a solution. After getting nowhere I decided to cancel my upgrade to integrate to Mnt. I phone upgrades and while on the phone I read through the papers received from the store and I noticed they changed the date on the OBF and the report from Repairs shows the OBF was declined as it was returned after 7 days. Not according to my copy!!
