Sim swop not activated

My phone was on the 10th of December, and I blocked the number. A sim swop was done on the 12th at 9am and I was told it will be activated in 24 hours. It wasn't. I had to drive back to Autopage, Game city Durban, because my sim does not work, to be told it was activated. I called the head office and was told it takes 24 "working hours", which is not true. I called the 0861232424 number again, and was told it will be activated in 2 hours. Its now 3 hours and no activation. My phone is on an open contract, but when I dial out, I get a message saying my number is dormant and I need to recharge.
I am disgusted with the poor service and the consultants who constantly to you. My sim is not yet activated and the don't know if it ever will be. The consultants say anything to get of the phone, never a straight, truthful answer. Oh, and the number listed below, is not active, because the at Altech Auopage are sitting on their rumps, chomping on chicken legs.
