I would like to say thank you to Lerato, she was very helpful, I had done a sim swap at the OR Tambo branch on the 28th to only realise that the sim swap was not activated. She was helpful and explained possible reasons for the activation not to proceed and took my details and advised that she'll follow up on the activation. She phoned this morning to confirm that the sim card is activated and registered on the MTN network.
