HANDED ME OVER, EVEN THOUGH I MADE PAYMENT1

On the 27th January 2014, I phoned Nashua Mobile, Liberty Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg about my cell phone account with them. They told me I must phone Legal Department. Since then I was kept Redirected to different consultants. I spoke to a gentlemen named Sydney. I asked him what my overdue amount is since I'm handed over. He kept giving me my settlement amount (THAT I DIDN'T REQUEST FROM HIM). I then asked him if I can please go through to his manager... he then said that his manager doesn't take calls.(WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN!!! NORMALY IT HAPPENS WHEN THEY KNOW THEY NOT DOING THEIR WORK THEY GET PAID FOR) he then said I must email his Manager, he will then get back to me when he can. I then got cut off from the call and phoned again talking first to Moosa... this time being redirected a few times again!! I'm trying to register on their website, cause I don't get my statements anymore... I spoke to Vincent about this, he then told me he is redirecting me to Internet and Data they can help me, that time its 15:00 in the afternoon, I was holding on for a consultant for 21 min and 01 sec. Their clientele service and not up to standard.By the way I have 5 settlement amounts and no overdue amount!!
