New contract no activation

I got a new contract from Autopage on 10 July 2013 Letta said that it would take 2 to 24 hours for the activation of the sim card. On 13 July 2013 the phone was still not working. i phoned Letta and she said that the network is down. I phoned the call centre and the first person was unhelpful. The second person said that the sim card was never activated! She activated the sim card and said tat I can try it that evening or the next morning. On 14 July the phone was still not working and I called the call centre. The person said a sim card takes 3 working days before it is activated! This is unacceptable!
