Last month i fone vodacom and speak to tatho about new contract for my younger brother, he gave him a call after two weeks and offer him a wrong contract while i state with him to give him top-up not open line, then i had to fone him a speak with him about the changes he made. he then fone my brother and change the contract from open line to top that was last week ago but still today we are still waiting for vodacom to deliver the fone. i fone tatho in several occations but all he did is to cut me off. can anyone tell me or my younger brother why he doesn't have his phone?
