Technician never arrived

I opened a line fault on Thursday 23 January 2014 as my telephone and ADSL suddenly died. Fault number 640CWK230114.

This was the second time this problem occurred in less than a week and I phoned the call center daily to escalate the call as I wasn't prepared to wait another 4 days for it to be fixed.

Finally a technician was scheduled to perform the repair on Saturday afternoon. According to Telkom's systems, Naif Brown was dispatched at 15:50 to my premises but left as there was nobody at home. This is a blatant as there were 2 people at home at that time, quite obviously so as the windows and curtains were all open. There was NO effort made by the technician to phone me prior to his arrival. Despite my earlier requests to the call center for him to do so.

I am now told the repair will only happen on Monday. This is unacceptable. I require this line repaired TODAY and I would like Naif Brown to explain his version of events as they are quite untrue.
