Im two weeks without my fone

I took my blackberry 9360 to Vodacom in canal walk on the 27th September 2013 as the screen just went blank. they told me it the fone must go for assessment, I foned the shop monday the 30th September they told me I must fill in a claim form which I done and mailed it to them. Vodacom insurance told me I would get my new fone or it would be repaired within 3 days. I fone the shop Wednesday 2nd October the person I spoke to only sumitted my claim 2 days later. I thought nobody is perfect everyone makes mistakes.then I waited 5 days and no responds from Vodacom, when I foned them yesterday they told me the insurance approved my claim Friday alredy but nobody bothered to fone me or even process my claim. then I asked them when do I collect my replacement fone they told me I must wait for my broken fone to come from jhb so its two weeks without a fone they claim got liquid damaged but it was never near water my job number is 9232641. I have 3 other contracts with nasua mobile and neva have I experienced this type of service
