I took out a contract with MTN on 5 July 2013 for a Samsung Galaxy S3. The consultant told me that I had two weeks to apply for insurance, on 19 July 2013 I applied via email for the insurance and she confirmed that she will put in the request.
Last week and Thursday I went to put in a claim at MTN but was told that I don't have insurance and that the request was never put through. They also don't want to assist with the Samsung 2 year guarantee.
I have always been a loyal customer of MTN and I am deeply disappointed with the service level and lack of assistance. I urgently need a phone and would like to know what process I have to follow to sort out this mess.
