I bought a Samsung phone from FNB Smart Phones (note2-GT 7100) and took insurance with it. On Monday (22 April 2013) i called FNB Insurance to report it lost. i was told that my insurance was never activated. after several calls to the different departments and people, i eventually asked that they retrieve and listen to the phone call where i requested insurance on the phone. Charmaine from the smart phones division confirmed that i did request insurance. she promised to call in 48 hours. this did not happen so I put up a complaint on hello peter, I then got a phone call last week Thursday I was told that they are dealing with my complaint and that they would get back to me. today its Tuesday 7th May and still they haven't gotten back to me.
