24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
No Communication whatsoever from this company

I Bought a Samsung S3 on the 7th of July from MTN and the consultant who helped me advised me to take out cellphone insurance and i agreed and it signed for the insurance. She advised me i would received my insurance papers within 30 days. till today i don't have any proof that they accepted my request for insurance. i didn't any contact details for them and when i changed my banking details i thought they would send me an sms to advise me if they did not receive any premiums. no sms no letter to advise me they are not receiving premiums. i called MTN to get the insurance's contact details they told me they don't see any insurance under my cellphone. unfortunately my cellphone got lost before i could save the policy. i only got their numbers when i lost my phone. is it my fault that they can't assist me now since my phone is gone but they did not try and contact me to keep my policy active. i'm very disappointed in them that they did not even consider the fact that if they had contacted me and advised me of their contact details i would have arranged for my debit details to be changed.
