UNCANCELED CONTRACT

I was trying to swap airtime into data bundle and on *111# you are given 4 selections and i selected 2 it says month to month, i assumed that i don't have to convert airtime every month vodacom will do it for me but it turns out it was a contract that you get billed every month for R60 for 250mb data.i phoned vodaom to cancel that immediately after i realise my airtime was not deducted for those data but they told me they cant do that they already billed my account with R60 and it can only be cancelled month end and they send me a massage saying they are investigating it.this month on the 1st i got the massage saying my data has expired and i was recharged with another 250mb data. ACCORDING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER ANYONE INTO A CONTRACT WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR SIGNING ANYTHING.I PHONED TO CANCEL THAT CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY AND IT DID NT HAPPEN AND ON TOP OF IT ALL DATA EXPIRES AFTER TWO MONTHS BUT MINE WAS TAKEN AWAY ONLY IN 1 MONTH.VODACOM YOU ARE BRIDGING YOUR CONTRACT BY NOT STIPULATING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WHEN CONVERTING THAT AIRTIME INTO DATA .service request no.
