I have 3 major complaints with MTN since the combining of MTNSP with MTN.
1. I cannot register or access my contract page. I have phoned and e-mailed numerous times and have been told they would delete all profiles so I can start from new. This has never happened.
2. I had over R1700-00 in credit from recurring bundle I had not used and now it is gone and I am being billed ridiculous amounts. I do not use my phone more than before, but suddenly the credit is gone?
3. When phoning 808 from 2 of my numbers (0835312157 & 0835603451) the voice prompt told me I was due for upgrade on the 01.01.2014 for 0835603451 and the 01.02.2014 for 0835312157. When I wanted to upgrade the 1st line, I was told a different date. 808 gave me the dates, and now the call center cannot keep to them?
I do not know what has happened since the change, but I am seriously disappointed in the level of service I am getting. I have been a loyal MTN customer for many years now, but I am honestly considering looking elsewhere if they cannot sort out my issues and come to the party.
I would like them to look into where my credit went and give me a detailed explanation.
