I phoned to do a phone upgrade on my contract with Virgin Mobile online. Then I had to be credit checked because the contract is more expensive than the recent contract. I was told that I had to make a payment of R512 and once they receive the money someone from virgin mobile will contact me to confirm the upgrade and which phone I wanted. The payment was done on the 26th of May and to this date no one has phoned me!! However I have phoned numerous times and everytime im either cut of after waiting for 30 minutes or more or they keep telling me that the upgrade is still pending! I would like to know WHY is it still pending?? This morning (3June) I phoned AGAIN to find out what is going on and again it was still pending but they said that someone will phone me today to tell me when I will receive my phone or if its been couriered. Well it is 18h00 now and still now phone call!! I phoned again now just to be told that NOW their system is offline!! Why is it so hard just to get a upgrade done and WHAT is the reason for the hold up and why is the phone not couriered yet if I DID make the payment and credit check has been done!!! Please give me answers!!
