Emailed query got telephonic response 10 mins

I was pleasantly surprised that after emailing a query through to Telkom Mobile, I received a phone call within 10 minutes to try resolve by billing issue. The issue has to be forwarded to another department, but the initial response was impressive. I was expecting to wait days for a response.
