Upgrade Dates

I'm usually due for an upgrade in April on my contract phone, I called this morning to confirm the date because vodacom allows you to upgrade at 22 months. The person who assisted me told me that I can only upgrade in May and that May is 3 months early already (so my upgrade moved 3 months). She could see that I must upgrade in April, but there is no details of my previous upgrade that I did at the Vodashop in Menlyn Park on their system, I phoned Vodacom in August just to change my number and they say it is because of that, that they can see no records. I think it is extremely unfair to move my contract upgrade date because their systems don't have all my records. About two years ago I upgraded to a better contract and then they moved my upgrade date, I didn't complain then but now it is the second time that it is happening. I asked the call centre assistant what se think I must do, what is the next step? I just got a, I don't know from her. I'm not complaining about the call centre assistant she cannot help the system messes up my upgrade dates everytime. I need an answer to this confussion! I am also struggling with changing my banking details for about a year now. I just gave up!
