I renewed my contract in August last year and signed up for a ANYTIME 200 package. The inclusive data and sms's were never loaded onto my account so I was charged for all my usage including what was meant to be included in the package.
In October I visited the store I signed up at and this issue was dealt with, However I am still waiting for a credit from being overcharged up until the inclusive data and sms's were eventually loaded.
I have visited the store three times and call the 808 call center and was cut off after 21 minutes.
