Poor Customer Service

I have been a Vodacom customer for over 10 years. But the poor service I receive from them want to make me change to another service provider! I upgraded my contract and handset on 10/01/2014. I received my new handset on 15/01/2014. it was however mot the color I ordered. I phoned and they said that they will pick up the handset in 10 working days and do the upgrade over again. After phoning twice they only collected the handset on 30/01/2014. I have not heard anything from them since and when I called on 04/02/2014 after I held on for 8 minutes they told me that the systems are off and that I should phone back in an hour... I feel that I am not receiving the level of service that any paying customer deserves. If this is the kind of service Vodacom gives their loyal customers I will most certainly be changing my service provider!
