On the 28/10/2013 at 10:00 the monday morning i walked into a armed at vodacom meyerton. The took my blackberry tourch, my new samsung s4, vodacom data stick, /- R5000.00 and sunglasses. The vodacom branch just told me they dont have any insurance and they will not refund me or replace my phones because it was pre-paid phones. In the mean time some off the other customers how made a seen got refunded. I did tell the people from the shop they don't even have a bord on the wall stating that you enter on your own responsibility. Two days later they had a bord on the wall. Is this the way vodacom does business??? So i went to vodacom on the 28/10/2013 to loose more or less R20000.00 and then keep my mouth sud about it. Is this the way vodacom treats there customers???
