Home mark called me and said i have won 2 x cellphones for free then i have received 2 x cellphones from home mark and no one has told me it is contract phones, i then didn't want it, because it is contract phones and no one has told me it is contract phones.
After numerous times of calling vodacom, every time time they shifted me to another line to hold and it seems like no one wants to help me to sent the cellphones back.
since November till March i cant get any one from vodacom to tell me where to send the phones to. vodacom has send me an invoice, because i dont want to pay for the contract phones they cut my pre-paid cellphone and now i cant phone out. i think this is very unprofessional and that vodacom needs to get their act right.
this is not acceptable, people needs to give the correct information through when they phone you and vodacom need to have a returns division that needs to help their customers with things like this.
