I wrote a report on here in November 2012 about the horrible Vodacom reception and data signal in Secunda. I was contacted by Vodacom and promised that the situation would be rectified by December 2012. Well, it is now the end of February 2013 and NOTHING has been done. I still cant make calls or use my data bundles. So, I'm getting nothing and Vodacom still laughs all the way to the bank as they still rip me off every single month. This applies for my wife's two Vodacom phones as well as every single person in this town with a Vodacom phone. I'm ready to give MTN a 2nd chance if Vodacom keeps on ignoring the problem and continues breaching their contracts with their customers in Secunda.
