I called your cancellations department in october or november 2013 and i was advised that to cancel my useles contract i have to pay R1200 of which it will decrease on a monthly basis. Second time i call in Jan 2014 im told that i have to pay R1600, first consultant told me that cancellations are calculated at 75% off the remaining months of my contract.

The guy that i spoke to the second time was so rude & did not even care to listen to me.
why is my cancellation fee going up instead of going down. I regret taking the contract, vodacom is supposed to be a super house in telecomunications in S.A but you guys are'nt competing because you have better products period
