Dear Team

I would like to raise my concern over vodacom false advertising of their 3G that has been flighting ATL. In their advertisement they entice customers to choose Vodacom over other networks because Vodacom never does Buffering while you watching a video or busy with the internet. I must say that a false advertising as I am currently using Vodacom and my 3G for my IPad always takes time to connect or disconnect itself. I have realised that I have been wasting more of my data bundles that I buy monthly because of Vodacom not connecting to the internet during the time I want to connect. Vodacom shouldnt have entice customers to choose them since they know that their 3G is not better than other network. I simply joined Vodacom because of that Ad and I believed that Vodacom is their customers (money) who love to spend their time surfing internet on their phones, tablets, etc. Most of my bundles go to waste while I am waiting for Vodacom to connect me to whatever website I would like to enter.
I think ASA needs to investigate all Vodacom ads and take action. I have 2 contracts with Vodacom and will not renew any of them when they expire next yea
