On Wednesday my wife and I went into the Vodashop for assistance to port to the Vodacom network. The person at the counter said we must produce our Id and proof of address which we understand . when we said we have those documents he then told us we must go and get a police report stating we can port to Vodacom. The reason for this he said that we can come back the next day saying we never requested him to port us to Vodacom.
We got the impression he did not have time for this and just wanted to get rid of us. If this is the way Vodacom treats customers I do not wish to do business with them and cannot see our anyone would want to port to Vodacom
