It is so sad that it's over a month now and this has not been resolved, I just got an invoice to say I owe Vodacom R7245.78, I still don't believe that Vodacom treats it customers like this, no wonder why people move to other service providers. I logged a complaint on 08 Nov and I was told it should be resolved in 15 day, according to Vodacom 15 days is a month.:-( .
