On the 05/07/2013 i went to vodacom Brooklyn for my upgrade to my surprise i was told that i have already upgraded on the 03/07/2012.I know nothing about that upgrade as it was not done by me, i think someone my identity and is a serious matter as i dont understand how can my sensitive and personal information end up in the hands of, which means that vodacom is unable to protected their customers, who knows what will happen next, i dont feel save anymore with vodacom if my sensitive information can be easy accessed by anyone anytime, im demanding answers from vodacom and im giving them five working days to investigate this matter and to give me the feedback. I demand vodacom to treat this matter as very urgent and sensitive and yesterday i reserved the statement from vodacom and the bill of those phones are included in the statement. Im not going to pay for something that i dont have.
