I am utterly disgusted to say the least with your network provider!
On the 02 December 2013 I called Vodacom and I was advised that I had upgraded to an S4 and my bank account was debited without MY consent. I phoned your customer services helpline to find out the how & why only to be advised that it's for an "upgrade for a Samsung Gallexy S4". Of which am not in a position of that phone.
Firstly: I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTRACT THAT SHOULD EXIST WITH VODACOM!
Secondly: I HAVE NEVER CALLED NOR REQUESTED FOR AN UPGRADE FOR THAT SAMSUNG GALAXY S4.
The consultant I spoke to last week guaranteed that someone would contact me with feedback but nobody bothered to call me.
I phoned again today having to explain myself again. Can somebody competent solve this & please phone me. This run around business with money that does not belong to your company is starting to annoy me.
