No service

I gave in my Sony xperia Z1 for repairs on the 05-12-13. Evert assured me that he will handle everything and that he will call me shortly to come and collect my loan phone (same phone or phone of same value).
I waited for 2 weeks and called the shop again and Evert told me what he is waiting for the phone. After 3 weeks I called again and he gave me the same answer. I became suspect and called mtn head office and after giving them my imei no. and cell no. they confirmed that no damage or claim has been logged on this phone.
I called Evert and he admitted to me that my phone is still in the store and that nothinghas been done. He assured me that I will have a phone by the end of the week. On teusday the 7-01-14 I called again and I found out my phone is still in the store and nothing has been done. I spoke to the superviser and the area manager but up to date I have not received a phone or any answers.

I have not seen as bad service from any other person or company in my life.
