PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS- STORE CANT FIND THE PHONE

ON THE 4TH OF FEB I SENT MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS AFTER FILLING IN AN MTN TECHNICAL FAULT REPORT. THEY ADVISED IT WOULD AN ESTIMATED 2 WEEKS. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF RECEIVING NO FEEDBACK I CALLED TO ENQUIRE, THE CONSULTANT SHE TOOK DOWN MY DETAILS AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK BUT DINT, I WAITED A WHOLE DAY. I CALLED AGAIN THE NEXT & SHE SAID IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET BUT WILL BE HERE THIS WEEK FOR SURE. I WAITED YET ANOTHER WEEK & CALLED AGAIN THIS TIME THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW WHERE THE PHONE IS, IT IS NEITHER WITH MTN NOR VODACOM. THE STORE KEEPS TELLING ME TO WAIT AND THEY ARE CHECKING, WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, SHE GIVES US NO SOLID INDICATION OF ANYTHING PROGRESS IN THE MATTER OR HOW IT IS BEING DEALT WITH, TODAY IS EXACTLY 6 WEEKS SINCE THE PHONE HAS BEEN SENT IN AND I AM SO TIRED OF THEIR PUTRID SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. 6 WEEKS IS MADNESS!! WHY SHOULD I BE INCONVENIENCED BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
