I applied for a sony ericson phone online and withing 7days of delivery i called and i advised the agent that i was faulty as per their terms and conditions that if the phone is faulty in 7 days of delivery then they need to take it back but a consultant referred me to a store and when i got to a cell c store i was told that they corrier company needs to fetch it as its still within the turn around time.i waited for the courier company to collect within 7 days but still i had to call them on the last day as i havent had anything form the corrier company. I waited to hear for cell c repairs or my phone to be sent back to me but after 2 weeks of waiting i sent a complain and a consultant called who said she will logge a call and on monday on the 29.11.2013 the phone was returned but i was never told what the fault is and two weeks after the phone was delivered it started giving me problems of switching off on its own and today on th 30.12.2013, i called the call centre and a consultant then told me the reason was the phone was switching off its because it has liquid and i asked her why was i never told and she tarnsfered me to repairs which they confirmed that it was my fault.
