Microphone on phone broke, gave in for repair. Waited 3 weeks after they called me to collect the phone, received phone back, but still had the same problem. Had to drive back and returned the phone to get fixed again. After another 3 weeks they called me to come and pic up my new phone because they could not repair my previous phone. they gave me my old phone back and I refused to take it again. They gave me a cheap R100 curtesy phone, I can not receive emails, pictures or do any of my daily work on it. When i received this cheap phone, they said on paper that I will receive a new phone. I am still waiting for a phone, this makes my life difficult and work impossible! Im very disappointed!
