On the 08/12/2013, i took my phone back to pep stores because it was faulty, I was told by Mimi the consultant at pep to wait for a period of 2-3 weeks then i will get my phone back. weeks went by i heard nothing from pep store. I went back on the 28/12/2013 to go check on my phone Mimi came and assisted me i gave her the phones receipt she looked and it and and told me that she sent it to repairs on the 17/12/2013 and that i should stop coming to the shop i should wait for her phone call and she just threw the receipt on my face and called upon another customer. yesterday i called the store to ask about my phone the lady that picked up the phone didnt brand the company, i gave her my phone details and as i was about to tell my story she asked me to hold and called upon Mimi and she told that lady to tell me that she is on top of the roof and will come when she is ready, 30 minutes later she came told her my story again and she told me that i'll get my phone after 3 weeks cause there is nothing that she can do cause the phone was taken on the 17/12/13 and i told her that its almost a month and i don't have my phone back and she told me she cant do anything and she hung up in my ea
