I gave my phone to the Craig hall branch for repairs. When i called after a week to find out about the status of the phone, they said the phone is still with them and was not sent in. I spoke to 4 different people and this includes the manager to find out whats happening. None of them had any answers.
They said they will call me to update me on my phone repair and till today i had no phone call. I went to the shop and then only they called the repair centre for an update. I have to wait another 2 weeks for my phone.
