Shocking Attitude

BEWARE. This company follows very shady practices. I attempted to cancel a contract and was informed that all was prepared for end August and I could port. I attempted to port and it turns out i needed to tell them exactly what I was going to do. Now after hours to their (USELESS) call center I have no feedback and are still stuck with these who believe CPA doesn't apply to them and they can auto renew my contract. Here a tip - I'm emigrating and I am going to drive my bill through the roof and not pay you if you don't sort this nonsense out sharpish. Contract is cancelled! (Need copies of the forms and acknowledgement from your clueless, uncaring staff - call me) I want my number with a better provider.
