Bad Attitude towards account

I am really tired of the bad service I get from Nashua. Due to an overdue account they have handed me over to lawyers without contacting me first once. And every time I call in, the people are so rude or the person I am suppose to talk to is in a meeting. I keep telling the agents that I am only available during 1-2 because of the nature of my work but they never listen!! They always call me when I'm not available! And they never want to listen to people with financial problems to sort the matter out. All I want is to make an arrangement with them for pay off the arear amount!
