They wont port my number or tell me why they wont

I filled in all the details and sent through the request to port my number on 13th June 2013. (I am on a month to month renewal of my contract as I've had it for over 38 months now). I want to move to a new provider and to keep my number. one month went by and the request was said to have failed. (No reason was given) The next month (July) the same happened. Again in August the same appears to have happened. Every time I get told (No maybe Vodacom are doing something wrong). It is now the 1st of September and I STILL have a NashuaMobile contract running and I CANNOT tell you how much this upsets me. I have gone through ALL the call center channels and no-one can fix this problem. No confirmation has EVER been sent to say why the port is not done. I am so angry. I will do ANYTHING to leave this contract, but they just keep on telling me "Next month by the 25th it will port". It has been 3 months now and Nothing I do is helping!
