Nashua Deliberately Delaying a Port Out

Hi,

I took time off from work to go to the Nashua at the Pavilion Shopping Centre in Durban.

My Billing run is on the 15th of every month with the Debit Order going off on the 1st.

The Nashua Agent was adamant that the Port could only go through on 28 February.

This is unacceptable as my 30 day Notice is well within my billing run.

The number should be ready for Port by no later than 16 February.

I feel that Nashua is trying to extort on pro rata, an extra 15 days!!

If this is not the case then I expect that the Port can go through on 15 February and I get billed only up to that point and not 28 February!
