Incorrect threatening messages

I settled my account with jabba connect in October 2012 and was given settlement letter by jabba confirming that the account has been payed up and that they would update my itc profile status to paid in full.but for the past 2 months i have been receiving sms saying that i must pay.i am very frustrated because i called the call center and was told to just ignore the sms, i got the sms again and it concerned me, i forwarded them proof that i have paid and sent them back the letter they gave to me when i settled my account. i just got another sms today and it concernes me that my acount has not been updated on their side and i even question if they even updated my itc accordingly. i ask jabba connect to please update the account and stop sending me inaccurate correspondence.
