My husband booked in his Blackberry 9320 because his tracking pad was harder then normal to push we purchased the handset in march so should be repaired under warrenty - however they sent the handset to vodacoms advanced repair center and they stated the handset ways demed irripairable due to liquid damge found under the key pad - I know for a fact that the handset has never been anywhere near water and is not liquid damaged as the liquid indicators are still white. We would like to know what we can do as this is not acceptable and my husband needs his phone for business.
