iv been a customer with mtn for the last 4 years or so,
5weeks ago i booked in my blackberry for a repair as the phone stopped functioning completely,
the store said they will swop out the handset but this takes 3 weeks,
i collected the phone today only to find out that nothing was repaired to the phone and that the warranty is void due to liquid damage,
this phone was never dropped or exposed to any liquid,
the problem i am faced with currently is that the contract only expires in april 2014
so from now till then ill be paying for phone i cannot use.
please try to assist me furthe
