I have been using a blackberry phone for a number of years now and have never encounted problems like i have with my current phone. After a few months of having teh phone, it started to freeze and reboot itself contnuosly. I took it to Jabulani vodacare after a few days I received an sms to collect my phone. I was given a new battery and the phone worked fine for a few weeks until I had the same problem again. This time I took it to Westgate vodacare. This is where I was told my handset had liquid damage. I am puzzled that why the previous technician did not pick that up. Even more suprising is that my handset has never been in contact with liquid. So between teh 2 technicians that worked on the job, 1 has no idea what they are doing or both. I still have months remaining on my contract which iv had for 10 years but after such service i am considering cancelling it. Please get me a technician hwo knows what they are doing!!!
