We placed limits on our business cellphones and 3G cards. Vodacom still billed a significant amount over the signed limit. Upon querying this with Vodacom, they have been reasoning in circles trying to shift the blame to us. Do they think we are? We have signed documentation as proof that Vodacom are aware of the limit yet allowed the agreement to be breached anyway. We want a refund. We implemented those limits for a reason. Secondly, one of their consultants added data bundles to all our agreements without being requested to do so. Thirdly, we have been charged a migration fee after taking an upgrade. We did not migrate! We upgraded! This could quite rightly be called. Vodacom must take responsibility for whatever was agreed upon telephonically otherwise the complaint will be escalated to the Obudsman. Vodacom are giving us the run-around here. We will not tolerate this.
