Hi, on 29 May I've received a SMS that said:
Your access code is xxxx, enter this code on the web page to continue. You'll be subscribe to DragonFlyM games service at R44.97/week.
So I ignore this, did not ask or want to subscribe, seconds later I've received the following SMS:
Welcome: U R subscribe at R43.50/week. 2 stop SMS STOP to 39826 Help? 0110621402 Drag [URL Removed]
When I've phone these people, btw the 0110621402 is not a valid number, I've reached them at 0841966960. They've confirm that I've subscribe and will unsubscribe me, but they can't refund any money because I have the service available to me, whether I've used it or not.
How can this be legal... I think we must start a class action suit against all these people, these so called Mobile Telecommunications Value Added Services (VAS). I see there are 1000's of people being charge every month for services that they never subscribe to.
The same happened to my wife, in her case it was OPERA Telecommunications, she was billed from Nov2012 for these content that she didn't understand/notice on her bill. R172 per month on her bill * 7...
This is, must be stopped...
